Who will edit my work?

I will edit all your work as well as being the single point of contact for any questions you might have.

Do you offer a trial edit?

I provide a free trial edit for new clients to ensure we are both happy with the process. You can send a catalog of 30 images with a few anchor images for feedback before we start the full editing process. If you’re short on time I can choose some images from a full gallery to edit for the trial.

Will you edit in my style?

I collaborate with you to match your editing style by asking for reference images. This helps because everyone has different preferences for colour, tone and cropping. Without reference images I’ll adjust based on my judgement which may require more final adjustments on your end.

What if I don’t like the edits you have done?

I guarantee all of my work to ensure client satisfaction. That’s why I seek feedback for each project and provide a re-edit option to ensure the work is done to perfection.

What software do I need?

I use the most up to date version of LR Classic CC. I use LR Smart Previews and utilise Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer to exchange our files.

What are your turnaround times?

My editing takes about 10 business days, not counting weekends or public holidays but I’m flexible and can work with your timeline. If I need more time during extremely busy periods I’ll give you a heads up.

Do you offer rush jobs?

If available, I accept rush jobs needing completion in under 4 days with a 20% fee. Contact me for urgent jobs.

Do you edit smaller galleries?

Many clients take photos other than weddings, like family, pet and maternity shoots. The process is the same but skin retouching is not included.

Do you offer culling?

At this time I am not offering culling services to any new clients.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept payment through Paypal and Stripe as well as Bank Transfer for any clients in Australia. All payments are due 7 days after delivery of the completed gallery.
