Who will edit my work?

I will edit all your work as well as be the single point of contact for any questions you might have.

Do you offer a trial edit?

I always offer a trial edit to all new clients to make sure we are both happy with the process. You can send through a catalog of 30 images along with a few anchor images before we move on to an actual gallery. If your time is limited I am happy to do the trial on a full gallery (again with a few anchor images) where I will choose a selection of images to edit for the trial.

Will you edit in my style?

Yes, I work closely with you to make sure the editing I am doing matches your style perfectly. This is the reason I ask for anchor images to be included in your catalogue when you send it is because everyone's idea of colour, tone and cropping are different. If anchors are not provided for sections of the gallery I will edit them using my discretion to match your style to the the best of my ability but this could mean there may be more adjustments on your end.

What if I don’t like the edits you have done?

I guarantee all of my work, which is why I always ask for feedback after every job and offer a re-edit to make sure the work is completed correctly.

What software do I need?

I use the most up to date version of LR Classic CC. I use LR Smart Previews and utilise Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer to exchange our files.

What are your turnaround times?

My turnaround for editing a gallery is 10 business days not including weekends and public holidays, but I'm always happy to discuss your workflow and come up with a schedule that suits both of us. If for any reason my turnaround time needs to be adjusted during busy periods I will always let you know beforehand.

Do you offer rush jobs?

Yes I’m more than happy to accept a rush job if I have the availability for it. A rush is considered as any job that needs to be completed in less than 4 business days. There is an additional fee of 20% for all rush jobs. Please feel free to reach out to me if you need a job completed in a hurry.

Do you edit smaller galleries?

Absolutely, many of my clients shoot non wedding work including family, pet & maternity. The process is exactly the same (skin retouching is not included).

Do you offer culling?

At this time I am not offering culling services to any new clients.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept payment through Paypal and Stripe as well as Bank Transfer for any clients in Australia. All payments are due 7 days after delivery of the completed gallery.
